For your gourmet vacation in the Tuxertal, we offer the following selection of restaurants:

Café-Restaurant Kaiserbründl and Jagdstube: Tyrolean and international specialties, light meals throughout the day (day restaurant), or coffee variations.

Bar & Kaminzimmer with separate cigar lounge: Separable Sky Sports Bar, hotel bar, cigar lounge with a small library.

Terrace: Enjoy any beverage on our scenic terrace.

Dining Room: This is where breakfast and dinner are served.

Kaufhäusl: Here, you can purchase authentic Tyrolean specialties and delicacies.

  07:00 to 10:30: Extensive breakfast buffet with local products
  15:00 to 16:30: Daily afternoon buffet
  18:30 to 20:30: Dinner (5-course gourmet menu with options, rustic and international evenings, vegetarian, gluten- and lactose-free dishes)

For the gourmet evening as well as the rustic and international evening, we recommend arriving for dinner at 18:30.

If you have any special requests for meals or desserts, please inform our service staff in the morning so we can relay them to our chef or pastry chef.

Our café is open daily from 08:00 to 20:30. We serve coffee and tea with freshly baked cakes and strudels every day. A variety of international and Tyrolean dishes are served from 11:00 to 20:30 at Café-Restaurant Kaiserbründl.

We are happy to bring refreshing drinks and our extensive range of dishes directly to your room. There is a surcharge of €2.50 per service.

In-Room Breakfast
To ensure that your in-room breakfast meets your expectations, please fill out the in-room breakfast selection form in the guest folder and hand it in at reception or in the restaurant by 21:00 the night before. A surcharge of €5.00 applies for in-room breakfast.

You can sign for additional food or drinks at the bar and restaurant by providing your room number and name. These receipts will be added to your hotel bill. To avoid errors, we kindly ask you to sign the receipt in the evening or the next morning.

There is no shortage of exciting, fun and cultural events for everyone in the Zillertal Alps region. You will be informed about our special entertainment and event offerings at reception or via the “morning post”, which you will find on your breakfast table.

The 4* Hotel Neuhintertux has its own fitness room. Get your body in shape even on vacation with the latest fitness equipment from PRECOR.

The entrance to our fitness room is located on level "E" if you use the elevator to the underground parking garage. If you have any questions, please contact our team or directly the reception.

In summer you have the possibility to go on guided hikes with our hiking guides. They will show you the surrounding Zillertal Alps, as well as the most beautiful viewpoints and exciting places.

We are also happy to lend you hiking equipment and Swarovski binoculars. And should you have forgotten something at home, then you will find everything your heart desires in our in-house Intersport Shop (also for rent).

Free Internet throughout the hotel

In order to make your stay as pleasant as possible and not to restrict you in any way, we provide you with free Internet access (W-LAN/WIFI) throughout the hotel. You can use the Internet throughout the hotel via the “Wireless LAN”.

You will find your user name and password in your guest folder in your room or at reception.

Our masseurs will loosen your tense muscles after a beautiful day of vacation.

A small shopping paradise for Tyrolean specialties: The "Kaufhäusl"

Our main entrances close at midnight. The 4* Hotel Neuhintertux does not have a separate night entrance. If it gets later, we ask you to use the main entrance and take your room card with you. With the room card you can enter the hotel at any time via the main entrance.

The reception is located directly at the main entrance of the 4* Hotel Neuhintertux. Here the team will take care of all your requests, wishes or questions. You can reach reception by telephone on 401 (direct dial).

From 14 nights, you receive discount on each of your additional overnight stays.

The bonus system is not valid on special offers like the Ski Shorty – nights are collected but the discount is not considered.

In our hotel we have 61 rooms in the categories:

Our hotel rooms are equipped with a balcony, Wi-Fi, TV, radio, telephone, safe, minibar, hairdryer, bathrobe, shower or bathtub and separate toilet.
Two of our De Luxe double rooms and one cuddle suite are barrier-free. Furnished with an adapted closet, plenty of turning space for wheelchairs and a specially equipped bathroom.
For our families, family suites or family apartments with 2 separate bedrooms are available with up to 6 beds for a cozy family vacation.

We are happy to bring refreshing drinks, our extensive menu, and even breakfast directly to your room. For breakfast orders, please inform the reception or restaurant by 21:00 the night before.

In our sauna area, 4 saunas and a snow shower await you to refresh and revitalize. In the recovery phase, our relaxation rooms with Physiotherm heated loungers invite you to relax. Enjoy a wonderful view of the Hintertux Glacier.

The 4* Hotel Neuhintertux has its own in-house ski guide. 

In the winter months we invite you once a week to our house ski day with our ski guide, who will enjoy the beautiful ski region with you. You can get more information at any time at the reception.

In the ski room there is a locker with your room number in which you can lock your skis and which also has its own ski boot heater.

This means you don't have to take your skis to your room and you don't have to worry about your winter sports equipment. And thanks to the built-in ski boot heater in the ski locker, your ski boots will dry before the next use.

There is a solarium in the spa area, which must be paid separately. To use the solarium you need solarium coins. These coins are available at the spa reception and at the reception desk.

The price for the use of the solarium is

• 9,00 € for 15 minutes.

The use of the underground car park at the 4* Hotel Neuhintertux is free of charge for guests. You can choose any parking space in the garage. Charging stations are available for electric vehicles. To exit, please pull on the orange cord with the tennis ball.
